NOTICE!! CE credits for licensing renewal

Just in from the DBPR
No CE is required during the first cycle. CE will not be required until the 08/01/2012 thru 07/31/2014 licensure cycle.
Any courses taken before that time will not count for credit.

Those of you with Florida Home Inspector license should be aware - any course you take - whether free or fee based - will not count towards your licensing renewal CE hours even though the course is approved by the DBPR - unless taken AFTER 8-1-2012.

That does not mean you should stop educating yourself and growing professionally.
You should continue to take advantage of all the free education provided by InterNACHI on-line and provided at Chapter meetings

Weigh your personal benefit in taking fee-based education before August 1, 2012.
Be sure that any course you take and need to renew your license after August 1st 2012 is approved by the DBPR for Home Inspector – CE credits.

Thanks for the info

Thanks FLNACHI

Thank you
