I know a lady who may need a wind mit. in St. Pete. Email me if interested.

She also needs to know the total Sq Footage under air and does not know how to interpret the info from the property appraiser.

Under air? You mean conditioned space right?

I assume that is the info the Insurance agent needs. I will just be passing the info on to whoever wishes to answer their questions and hopefully get a wind mit out of it. I do not believe the agent gets much business from there.

I would be happy to do the wind mit for you. The “under air” area under the Pinellas county prop appraisers website is listed as living space, or livable area.
