So i came across a roof that nail spacing was in excess of 24 inches, I literally could push the plywood up with my hand. Any Ideas on how I am supposed to mark this one on the form?
E 24+ inch spacing or F It does not really matter as they will not get a credit.

I could not believe it myself, I even took my metal ruler and ran in between the truss and sheathing. thanks all.
I also liked the nice repair the rotted truss (see the pic)
Not only that, but it looks like the new piece of decking isn’t nailed down as I see a bunch of nails that missed the truss.
