If a house was built in 1997 or so, and had a new roof and permit was for say 2005. Under the building code section would you select option A or option C since the house was built prior to 2002 but the roof is after 02?
Since nobody wants to chime in…For your area (outside the HVHZ), Question 1 (building code) verifies if the building was permitted under the FBC. Q1 Has nothing to do with when the roof was replaced. Q2 verifies if the roof was permitted under FBC or not.
