I received a phone call the other day that someone is using my name on WM report. I assured the homeowner it was not me and I never inspected his property. He also said my card was handed to him and the report was rejected. He also was very upset.
That sucks. It may be the same guy that was doing that to me.
I imagine that will be a rampant problem now that just about anyone can do them. Try to get the phone number the client originally contacted the inspector on then reverse look up it.
Gee I guess signing and initialing every page does not help. Imagine that.good luck keep us posted
