I’m guessing broken 2x4 rafters. I got ready to knock on the door and then realized I was scheduled to inspect the house next door! :mrgreen:
I was a little disappointed.
Even the overhang is sagging on this thing. looks like the roof’s framed with 2x2s.
Could be anything.
Maybe someone wanted an “open concept” and removed load bearing walls.

I just did a house like that and found the full 2 x 4 rafters had sagged not broken No collar ties or knee wall. Suggested a licensed building contractor look at it. House is 75 plus years old. Had some cracks in the walls over the door way on nonload bearing wall. Everything was straight except for the roof.
Too many games of rooftop cornhole.
