Russell, bought a new computer, backed up all my HG settings through the cloud and backed up my HG folder from my documents and all my inspection photo folders so I didn’t lose anything. Installed HG on the new computer, restored all settings and everything from the flash drive and everything is there and working, but for some reason videos won’t work now. Even checked old reports that I already had videos in and they won’t pull up either. What am I doing wrong and how do I get the videos to work in HG again? Thanks for any help!
Try updating or installing QuickTime and that should do the trick.
Oh crap, I didn’t even think about that, probably font have QuickTime on this comp, thanks man!
Johns correct. After you install Quick time, you will need to run the install of HG again so HG will see the Quicktime during installation.
