Says I'm expired

Anyone having this issue. I have a HG subscription but when trying to upload a report I’m being told my subscription is expired. In the billing section of my account it says I’m active. Have a report ready to go and can’t do anything with it.

You actually purchased HG not subscription. The HG Services trial period expired. I saw you didnt get to try it so I gave you your trial period of HG Services again.
