I used the share report with third-party feature this morning. I created a password and entered the third-party email. When third-party went to open it, it asked for a username. This was my first time using it. How does the third party get a username?
I have used third party a bunch and only have to give a password. Username is only asked for as far as I know if third party already has a Homegauge account. Hope this helps.
they might already have been signed into HG with their own username and password.
It was me. I edited the notification email. I set the email back to default and it works fine now.
