Maybe identifying it as one pole/terminal, but still allows two conductors.

Is a QO breaker rated to accept 2 conductors under 1 terminal ? (https://www.schneider-electric.us/en/faqs/FA97891/)

That type of Square D breaker allows two conductors. I've installed a few panels like that and have inspected hundreds. Move on.

If the vent free gas logs is the moisture problem they would be better off replacing it with a vented log set instead of having the damper open while using the present set up. Using ventless gas...

So there was a "faulty/defective" GFCI, not a "fault" causing the GFCI circuit to trip. Two completely different scenarios. Which could make it a little harder to locate the defective outlet.

If there is a fault causing one of the GFCI's to trip why would you need to "change" any of the receptacles, let alone all of them? Think about it.
