Re: We sued another Certified Master Inspector® imposter today.

Re: ISG Call Center

Interesting. Nathan said he dropped the charges, but would not give a reason.

Whatever happened to the lawsuit Nathan had against several vendors such as HON around the same time?

Re: ISG Call Center

If there is a clause in Nathan's contract saying an inspector cannot speak about a bad experience with his company, we will only hear about the good experiences. I remember pointing that out to...

Re: ISG Call Center

I was told in Nathan contract, that an inspector who is or was a customer of Nathan's is not allowed to say anything bad about his company, nor using a competing products after they leave. I am...

Did ISN share data with HON

I was just told by an inspector on the InterNACHI Facebok page that ISN shared data with HON when Porch bought them without permission from their inspectors. Can somebody clarify?

Re: Important update about Porch.com's purchase of Inspection Support Network (ISN).

I might get my faith back in the vendor industry, if you can get some basic moral changes made.

Re: ISN / Porch FAQ's and FACTS

I am sure she is. She has a tough job trying to defend something that is indefensible in so many inspectors' eyes. Nobody is blaming her.

What happens if ISN does not give you a way to move your data in one chunk?

Re: Nachi management

ISN never linked to the NACHI home buyer newsletter, which will be nice not to enter in data twice.

Re: ISN / Porch FAQ's and FACTS

NAR just handed over the data to outside vendors. They screwed themselves badly.

Re: Immediately Employment as a Home Inspector with FEMA

Not understanding why the pay is so low. Any inspecting work I have done directly with the federal or state government paid good. I am guessing the contracted company gets majority of the money. I...

Re: Nachi management

Be interested in learning about the features the program would have. As I have always said, NACHI needs more tech geeks adding more features onto NACHI. Chris and Tim have a good start but their...

Re: New "We'll Buy Your Home Back" Guarantee product: Retractable Stand.

It is impossible to guarantee a home is free from considered toxic mold, even if the air tests show no elevated spore levels.

Re: ISN sells out?

I could see an advertisement in the system for Porch explaining to the customer why they should opt in, but Porch calling my client because they failed to opt out would not sit well with me.
