2nd or 3rd time I have seen it. the other time was in a room with a hot tub, today (see pic) was a subpanel about 30" above a slab with hydronic heat.

I don't do business with the BBB either. I don't think these complaints were made up though, especially since porch paid to be accredited. I don't think our clients think the Better Business Bureau...

Nope, navigate to the BBB site yourself, type in Porch.com as the business and Seattle Wa. as the City.
I was there today, took a ferry to Bainbridge Island, the Weather was Phenomenal!
