I had a kid try to follow me up a ladder into an attic the other day.

I always use a drop cloth around attics. You never know what may fall out.

I don't think it does in the end.

All it really does is allow roofers who have a C-39 license to do a roof inspection AND the repairs, i.e., they are exempt from the restriction that home...

I've not decided what to do if the client opts to not have a pool inspection. That doesn't happen very often.

Thought I find it funny the state requires if we note if there is an existence of a fence, but says nothing about making sure any metal fencing is bonded.
