Re: Porch using my client info even though they have been directed not to

Re: Staples for fastening roof sheathing; what years/staple size?

In Ohio we used staples into the mid '80s. 1/2 crown is what we used and 1 1/2 inch length sounds right.

I think I still have a couple of the older Senco nailers, staplers.

Re: It's Raining in My Attic!

Where I am, and I don't think Mike is too far away, every ridge vent in the area is totally sealed with about 5 inches of snow and ice.

All next week the weather forecast is mid 30's- low 40's so...

Re: It's Raining in My Attic!

Are you sure that the bathroom and stove vents aren't exhausting into the attic?

Is there insulation over the attic opening?

Is there an attached, heated garage that may be allowing warm air...

Re: Join me in welcoming Infraspection Institute's Jim Seffrin to InterNACHI staff.

Great move, welcome aboard Jim.

I still need to make a trip to New Jersey to become Level III, possibly this year.

Looking forward to more insight from you.

These other post are just to let you know what is available to purchase.

Re: Important update about Porch.com's purchase of Inspection Support Network (ISN).

What type of a monetary "fine" are you thinking for customer complaints, $100, $500, $1000, $10,000?

A fine should be made to deter the company from repeating the violation. I'm thinking anything...
