Re: TREC meeting 8-13-18

John, years ago I did a similar analysis of inspector complaints versus REA complaints and found a 15:1 ratio. REA/Brokers had 15x the number of complaints, per capita, as inspectors did. Wonder what...

And do you know who that is sitting just to Khruschev's left? That's likely how Nick obtained them.

Re: Inspector Advisory Council update.

Here is the Proposed Definition revision. I didn't hear the discussion at the 4/9 IAC meeting so I can't put it in context. Maybe John can.

Re: InterNACHI members in Texas can do sewer scope inspections without a plumbers lic

Then it would make more sense that you, as a trade organization, clearly develop a position and "argue" it to the TSBPE and get their agreement before encouraging Texas inspectors to blindly go forth...

Re: What version of NEC is the minimum standard with no AHJ

That's correct. Since you are doing a phase inspection then the home was likely started in 2017 but even if it were started in 2018 you should be inspecting to the 2017 NEC.

Re: PORCH (formerly ISN) is going too far

Any update on this RICO suit? Surely it wasn't dismissed was it? Not enough info from this court update to tell for sure.
