I called the Permitting Dept...............they are aware of the problem, don't know when/if it will be corrected and invited me to call whenever I need info.

Anyone used Adobe Signature in Word?

I'm interested in an easy, inexpensive way to send a form for signature.


I know Internachi offers it for the inspection agreement, but I have other forms I need signed.

American Integrity and No wind mits?

I had an interesting conversation with one of my Insurance agents today........simply put, he said he does not need a wind mit on any property 2002 and above for American Integrity Insurance.

Beware of the lazy insurance agents who insist You must GO BACK after doing a typical 4 Pt and take loads of external and internal pictures if the property had a sink hole claim on record.
