Re: PORCH (formerly ISN) is going too far

You don't get 5 bucks. You get yet another gimmick paid for.

Re: List of who in the inspection industry sells consumer data.

They don't SHARE anything. They sell the information you provide them to those that want leads.

Re: Introducing THE BIGCRAWLER!

Great for those tight 1930's to 50's post and beam where there is limited room but unfortunately doesn't meet the State SOP requirements for most crawlspaces.

Re: Pillar to Post franchise refunded our money. They don't want us at their convent

Even better. Rent a small conference room right next to theirs and have your own vendor room with snacks. Draw their own guys away from the conference.

Re: Bradford Chest Freezer age

I would bet that the vast majority of members have never seen a gas refrigerator or freezer. I finally got rid of the gas line in back of my fridge in Santa Barbara. We probably had that one until...

Re: Downspouts

Depends on the type and size of the gutter, and the size of the downspout. For normal type gutters, there are 2,3,and 4 inch rounds as well as rectangles like 2x3, 3x4, and 4x4. There are also...

Re: We sued another Certified Master Inspector® imposter today.

Re: Ford rolling out new program with InterNACHI at Inspection Universe.

Try to find a 4 year old truck for $10k. Not out here. It is more like $25k or $30k for a 4 years old truck. You might get down to $10k after 10 years old or 200k miles.

Re: Ford rolling out new program with InterNACHI at Inspection Universe.

Except Ford has now changed their warranty on new vehicles. LIFETIME Engine and Powertrain warranty as long as you own the vehicle. Not available on used vehicles.

You obviously haven't priced...

Re: My credit score fell 63 points today and my entire credit history is wiped clean.

Worth does not affect your credit score. Your overall credit history affects your credit score. Remember, the credit score is about your CREDIT, not your overall worth. Two different animals.

Re: My credit score fell 63 points today and my entire credit history is wiped clean.

All that information is now moot. The FICO score uses an algorithm that takes in to account numerous factors. It quickens things up so the only thing that matters is your score. Look at it like...

Re: My credit score fell 63 points today and my entire credit history is wiped clean.

You do know that Lifelock has a contract with Equifax to supply all the data and to obtain your data. You stepped from the frying pan into the fire.

Re: TN Supreme Court Ruling: Home inspector liability does not extend to third partie

Which means little if anything. State laws are unique to each state just like with limiting your liability, corporations, tort law, or any other state law. If State SC rulings had any weight, you...

Re: Ford X-Plan Savings + $500 Bonus Cash Offer!

I have the cash to purchase it outright without any loan. But at 0% interest, I actually make money by making auto payments and earning interest in a credit union account.

Re: Ford X-Plan Savings + $500 Bonus Cash Offer!
