What to charge for these roof inspections?

No, Joe, not a manufactured home, but does appear to have been coated with elastomeric. I did want to mention that it still appears to be water tight, just looks like hell

Thanks for the input fellas. I basically wrote in the report that they need to have an electrician do a complete assessment on the system. To make things more fun, this was a 203K project!
