Thanks Robert for your quick response!
I could not confirm where it was connected because I did not remove the cover. It had pointy screws holding it and the disconnect beside (with the pennies)...

Sleeve at Neutral Bar

Grounding should be there, my concern is a 40A breaker protecting that 14/16 gauge wire.

An adapter was used to be able to plug a 120V gas stove into an electric stove 240V receptacle. Breakers in panel are still 40A...Is this acceptable? Me say no!

I disagree. Having my older AC unit run non stop was much more comfortable than having the replacement heat pump cycle off every 15-20 minutes. OF course in heating mode the heat pump running...

I had a 1.5 ton AC unit that would run continuously from morning to night and it was very comfortable in the house. When I replace it with a 2.5 ton heat pump, it would run...

It may need an expansion tank, was there a one way valve or pressure regulator at supply valve area?
