There is and wasn’t a “click” to agree Bob. You either read the privacy policy every morning before using or you don’t.

Interested as well. I hadn't heard anything about it being for franchises only. I was told a potential release in this quarter was planned.

This, I couldn't have said better myself. I've always struggled with the best way to handle multiple itemized comments which need different ratings.

Using an iPad for inspections is my preferred choice.

Shocker about about the deck! Pathetic plumbing and mold however, go hand in hand with those cabins.

I could only imagine what would happen to an attic furnace...manual catches on fire, then the internal wiring, etc...

I've been doing the same, either set them aside or take them out completely.
