Help identifying foundation block

Can anyone help identify this type of foundation? It looks like clay tile with the reinforcement ribs laid horizontally. The house is over 100 years old and this is under the original part.

Zinsco panel

I have heard zinsco panels have some problems, and I would like to get some info on these panels. House was built in 68, probably original panel.

A/C: Bryant M/N 77CB030300, S/N 2189A14753, I beleive this is 1989.
Furnace: Trane M/N THS120A960B0, S/N C16307040, I have no idea on this!

Does this look like vermiculite insulation? I understand it could have asbestos in it. Is this acceptable as long as it is left alone?
