Re: Anyone, care to take a shot at explaining the pros and cons of state licensure?

Very good post. I would only add one thing.

Without regard to the never-ending urinating Olympics surrounding the unanswerable question as to what good having a license might do ... it's the fact...

Re: Unethical Home Inspector

Probably. Forget the "ethical violation" nonsense, though. You will garner little more than yawns from any effort in that regard. You should consult an attorney who is licensed to practice law in...

Re: FB under investigation for consumer data practices.

Who in the hell does this Zuckerberg kid think he is ... harvesting all of this private data without the knowledge of the data owner? A NACHI vendor/lead broker or something?

Re: Home Advisor being Investigated, Who Is Next

I shut down my roofing business 59 minutes after I started it. I only started it to explore the process and, never having professionally installed or repaired a roof, to see if Porch would actually...

Interesting. (https://twitter.com/GMA/status/976434270364319745)

I wonder if a similar investigative reporting video will be coming out regarding other identical operations, like Porch. Here...

Re: Letter to all inspectors from Porch.com's CEO.

While it may be true that lead brokers of a feather flock together, I'm certain that the good folks at Porch are sighing with relief that this thread has gotten totally off topic. ;-)

Re: Letter to all inspectors from Porch.com's CEO.
