Re: cracks in new construction foundation

Those cracks are indicative of wall settlement.
I would recommend a foundation Contractor to take a look at the whole area and evaluate the problem so it can be brought to the Building Contractors...

Look where he pulled back the metal corner, you can see the original white surface.
That siding painted well.

What kind of panel siding and how do you know that it is asbestos containing material (ACM)? Did you have it tested?

Typically, ACM's can be encapsulated without removal and cost somewhat less...

A house wired with the old 18 gauge equipment grounds cut off at the receptacles, would you not be better off to just install a GFCI Breaker for that...

When I renovated my living room flooring, the stairs to the upper level were made that way and were 3' wide, but also had the riser and thread rabbeted and glued. Qhat a b itch to take apart to build...
