Not sure of the actual date, but the house was 1903 and the last patent date was 1908.

Just got back from vacation there, it was Cedar Breaks National Monument in southern Utah. We did Zion NP, Bryce Caynon NP and the Antelope Caynons in northern Arizona.

You can inspect, but you can't do a radon test or wdir unless you are licensed with the DEP and Department of Agriculture

Josh, this is how they do it. Heartland always seems to leave it hanging out, and I have seen it on the Ryan homes too. It self-adheres, and hen they try to stick it to the concrete it never works...

I always look for the big "ul listed" stamp that gets put on. I'm on my phone, but if you search cutler hammer ul listed breaker, there is a pdf download cut sheet. It is type CL breakers.

It does look unlined to me too. Also, what was vented into the chimney? Is the installed flue too big for whatever is venting into it and the exhaust is condensing inside of the chimney.
