I had a loaner for a month. My Ti300 was serviced for almost 12 weeks.

Observation: Fasteners nailed high. Fastened on the self sealing strip.
Fasteners should be between the rain notch and the sealing strip.
Recommend: Roof tune up within 12 months of purchase....

Look at the first image. A joists is wandering.
Blocking, bridging and strapping impedes joist movement, cupping, leaning, creaking flooring, etc...
Easy fix.

Very rarely have I encountered AL with cloth jacket insulator from residential home inspections and have photos, 2 or 3, on other HHD's to support this. The conductors were not tinned copper.
