Using a camera on site for notes keeps your attention on the Client and surroundings. Mobile is for those more into the tech and less into communicating with people around them.

I am on a Spectora mobile app and find it slower to add photos than HIP but like the caption add box. Shows promise but is a web based application that can change or go away with no notice making it...

Yes NP...using 5.4. Same as always .

My Dragon version is older so perhaps there is a setting in the Newer Dragon software .I do know it has different modes .

Reason I voted no is because sometimes known information at the time was wrong and it can be updated.perhaps have old threads over say 2 years be in a special archive group.

Also ask yourselves if Nathan can publish his Clients or users personal volume numbers and prices what stops owners of Your Report software or ISN type services from doing the same.?

Since Client data is so valuable perhaps NACHI should teach Inspectors how to sell it for the biggest profit rather than teach them them to sell it to Vendors who profit from that information by...

Th difference is Agents are referring us because a Home Inspection is a needed and almost mandatory service provided and referral is because Agents think we are good enough to recommend ....not...

Terill best inspection camera ever is the wx220 and I have 7 of them just in case because they stopped making them . None have a burnt flash as of yet but my trick to take faster pictures is not use...

From what I can tell the thing has only a 2 mp camera and 4 gb of ram. My phone has 20 mp camera and 8 gb ram so I guess watch the cute stories but maybe pay attention to the specs. I sure will not...
