Flooding in Midwest

Record flooding in the midwest has broken dams, torn out bridges and left communities surrounded by water.
I have stared a paypal donation for the communities of the 2019 Flood.

If they are deep
Most that I find covered are nasty
Weeds overgrown under the cover, excess moisture and some rot around the window
Nobody every cleans those out or maintains them.

I make client phone number a requirement for the form.
If it is partially filled out I make sure to call and see if I can answer any questions and get thier inspection scheduled

This is fairly easy to do with ISN. Simply remove your services from the online scheduler. Now the client cannot see your prices, and only give you the information that you need.

I personally would not over complicate the situation.
I bill my client for all services.
They can recover the seller paid portion at closing. or before.

You could,
Set your sub up as an user with viewing privilege.
Identify that sub as main inspector for termite.

The sub would have to keep updated availability in ISN or link their Google...

I would assume that the inspector would at a minimum use the previous report as a reference of condition to the home. In my opinion this is the only use of the previous report that should be used. ...
