I don't see a downspout Roy. You going to write up a gutter issue or deteriorated shingles?

PS. Gutters are not required.

Shingles can be installed on roofs with slopes between 2 and 4 in 12, but 2 layers of felt paper are required. The building code in use where I live prohibits the use of shingles on roofs less than 2...

Here's what I say:

"The house is wired with many 2-prong receptacles lacking an equipment ground. While common years ago and still acceptable today, the lack of an equipment grounding conductor...

2 prong outlets are grounded....the neutral is the path to ground. As I recall, lightening is why we have a dedicated grounding conductor today.

When you inspect a home and see a dozen realtor's cards in the kitchen, take them (quietly) and email them a marketing letter. A lot of them are newbies as well and don't have a favorite inspector.

Are you taking drone shots on a 1 story house? Why not a ladder at the eave or walk it??? Difficult to see details in your photos.
