Not at HOH II at this time. Students get the total 120 hours by taking the 40 hours at HOH II and then the remainder at InterNACHI online.

I do not do it for insurance inspections because when I have to go back years later there are many shots I do not need to take again. I have no reason not to on written inspections but I do not do...

Stucco is not waterproofing. Simple solution id just build of concrete or blocks. The sad part is that the builders blame the stucco guys who HAVE to build by the plans their idiotic architects...
