As stated in another thread...Stewart Warner was last listed in 1976. Your steam boiler must be an oldie but a goodie. It is not unusual for steam boilers to last for decades (if well maintained)....

Ya "gotta" spend money to make money in any business. Soooo...Hell yes...spend the money. Although debatable by some... the NHIE is considered as a highly recognized standard qualification testing...

Good for you Patrick. I like your initiative. Doing research and asking questions is a strong asset for a Home Inspector no matter how many years or acronyms they have behind their name.
