I'm hoping you all can provide me with some safe effective ways to remove moss from a roof. I just had a few large trees removed to stop the growth of the moss and now I would like to remove it.

Scott, the state does not have any requirement that I'm aware of, I certainly would double check with them. With that said, yes TAIL coverage is paid in full up front so I'm guessing 3 years is about...

Let's go with new construction, as you described it yes it's the builders fault and poor craftsmanship, it doesn't mean they won't blame you and try to make you fix it and or have their insurance...
