The HomeSpection ® Training Institute offers an 80-hour Advanced Home Inspection Training Course that is taught completely hands-on in the classroom and out in the field inspecting real homes. Students are trained in the report writing software and the marketing side of running a successful home inspection business. We perform Peer Reviews with students, we provide 7-day live support for life, and we buy all the basic tools you’ll need to perform a home inspection. The HomeSpection® Training Institute accepts Post 9/11 G.I. Bill for Veterans, and we work with several states that provide tuition assistance through the Trade Act and the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act. We also offer a class in Radon Testing, Radon Mitigation, and Mold Assessment.

All the classes you will need to satisfy your state's continuing education requirements. After passing your courses we will send you and your state a certificate that you have met your state's requirements for your termite license renewal.
