Bill St Croix’s mission is to make sure that every home in Central Florida is a healthy home. Bill has more than a dozen years of residential and commercial inspection experience under his belt and has performed several thousand successful inspections. His commercial and home inspection work is informed by decades of experience in the construction industry, his specialty training and knowledge of roof systems, his insistence upon researching permits, his extensive network of connections from various related industries, and his outstanding ability to quantify and estimate repair and replacement costs.

Our reports are easy to understand and can be accessed with ease from your computer, tablet, or smartphone. They also include the extraordinarily useful, time-saving Create Request List, or CRL, which allows all involved parties to create a list of items directly from the report or summary and to determine how each defect should be addressed prior to closing. The Create Request List is simple to create and can be attached to your repair addendum form.
