Acclaimed Inspections LLC will deliver a report that goes above and beyond what is expected. After you are emailed the link to your report, you will have access to a detailed yet easy-to-read write-up of the home’s condition and any damages or defects we uncovered during the inspection. To help you better understand these issues, expandable photographs and necessary video will be included along with our written findings.

Along with your report, you will receive a user-friendly and interactive tool

called the Create Request List™ (CRL™).

Build a list of repair requests for your realtor or seller directly from the report itself.
This list can easily be shared, downloaded, and attached to the repair addendum.
