What you should look for when hiring a home inspector

An inspector that is licensed. As of November, 1 2019, inspectors doing business in Ohio are required to be licensed in order to perform home inspections.

  The second thing you should look for is a qualified home inspector, someone who is looking out for your best interest. My services will protect you both health-wise and financially.

The third thing you should look for is an inspector that will deliver your home inspection report to you on the same day as your inspection. You don't have a very long contingency period so you need an inspector that is not going to drag his feet in getting you your report. 

If you do call another home inspector ask them if they are willing to provide you with all of the services that I provide to all of my clients. You may be able to find a cheaper inspection but you will not be able to find a more valuable one.
