Really great home inspection company.  They recently completed a very thorough inspection on a home I was buying and produced a report that helped me protect myself from a builder that was not completing work adequately.  I was so greatful to not have to accept a home that wasn't ready for me.  With the report I had the information needed to work with the builder to get the issues remedied before posession. Cliff did a great job on inspecting our home before our purchase . He checked everything in the home for correct operation and if he found anything wrong he explained in detail what had to be repaired and also answered any questions we had .
