Services
We perform home inspections according to the Home Inspection Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. We also offer ancillary inspections. These are additional types of inspections that you may be interested in hiring us to perform for you. Feel free to ask your inspector about additional inspection services.
Qualifications
Our inspectors are Certified Professional Inspectors CPI® trained by InterNACHI—the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, which is the world's largest nonprofit association of residential and commercial property inspectors that provides education, training, and certification.
Sample Reports
At the end of the inspection, we will produce a written inspection report for you. The report will be easy-to-read and clear to understand. We will include pictures of the systems and components of the home and building that we inspect. We will also provide a summary of the defects that we observed during the inspection.

At Atlantic Surf Construction and Home Inspection Inc, we believe in providing our clients with thorough and trustworthy home inspections. As a home inspector, I take pride in my work and make sure to follow the Residential Standards of Practice when conducting inspections. My goal is to give my clients the tools they need to maintain their homes, as well as provide them with an understanding of their home's most important components. I am passionate about helping people make sure their house is safe and secure.

My name is Robert Berrong.
Robert was raised working in his family’s construction business. He learned quality craftsmanship and customer service at a young age. Robert has been a Florida Certified Building Contractor since 2000. CBC 1250281. Robert joined InterNachi more than 10 years ago, and brings his construction knowledge to your home inspection. He is passionate about providing a superb customer experience, peace of mind, and a clear and understandable report that is fair to all parties involved. Everyone at Atlantic Surf Construction and Home Inspection Inc shares the same vision, and strives to exceed our customer’s expectations at every interaction.
