He offered exceptional peace of mind to me and my wife when we bought our second home. His write-up gave us everything we needed to negotiate effectively when we bought our house.

Chuck has inspected several multi-family properties for me. He eliminated the element of "surprise" that usually comes with purchasing an older building. He was thorough, accurate and properly documented both the strengths and shortcomings of each property.
-Gary H.

Chuck has a wealth of knowledge. Not only did he complete a thorough inspection required for the purchase of our home, he also explained to us what repairs might have to be done in the near future as homeowners.
-Diane L.
