I am Tony Dawson, a professional home inspector. 

A home inspection is a great tool when purchasing a new home. A home inspection also comes in handy when you are planning for maintenance or renovation of your existing home! 

During a home inspection, I inspect and analyze the structure from the ground up; then I prepare a thorough, easy to read report on the home, and deliver it to you through the internet in an accessible and easy to share format via HomeGauge.com. 

I offer a variety of additional home inspection related services in addition to a standard home inspection, such as: water testing, septic testing, and will soon be offering energy audits.

I service all of Northern Lower Peninsula Michigan!
