Rob was super awesome to work with for our home inspection! He was first very easy to get a hold of and he easily scheduled us the same week. Emails were very detailed and straight forward on time of arrival and payments and eta of the detailed report. Meeting with Rob was a pleasure and he thoroughly explained everything and all our questions. The report arrived 2 days after the inspection. Rob was also able to get us a pest inspection scheduled the same day after the home inspection which made things very convenient. Will definitely use him again!

I ordered a general home inspection and they were able to squeeze me in on short notice. Not only was Rob on time he was early. AMAZING! We were short on time and they were able to send Rob out. We explained that we had to get our reports in by a certain day and Rob sent over the report that evening. He was extremely professional and really took time to explain his findings. His report was very detailed and easy to read. We will be returning customers!

Rob and his Nighthawk crew were professional, courteous, and thorough with their home inspection. They were at the house about two hours +, testing everything. Afterwards they walked us around and through the house, giving us a verbal report on all of the issues. Areas we couldn’t see (roof, attic, etc.), they had photos to show us of all the items noted. Answered all of our questions and made suggestions on how to fix things with limited cost. We received their very detailed written reports with pictures two days later. We were impressed with the whole process. Very educational for us; we learned a lot about the workings of the house. Excellent job!

After receiving an approved offer on my largest purchase to date I was in search for the best inspector to help me understand what I’m walking into. Post inspection Rob had the full report mostly completed and was able to give me a detailed walk thru onsite.
