WE WORK FOR YOU, the buyer.
Smart buyers know that the home inspectors job is to represent the buyer's best interest in evaluating the home's condition prior to purchase. Make sure that you hire a qualified, experienced, and independent home inspector who has your best interests in mind.
As an experienced contractor with over 20+ years of building trades and maintenance experience, I have the knowledge and background to help you understand the big picture about your home purchase. This experience is a valuable resource for all of our clients and provides an in-depth understanding of homes that you won't get from most inspectors. Real construction experience is the most valuable asset to have as a home inspector, so let me help you put that experience to work for you
It's your right to choose your inspector!
We are thorough
We provide a thorough non-invasive, visual, performance based inspection of your new home’s accessible structure, systems, and components and provide detailed report outlining our findings and our professional opinion of the condition of the home.
For a home buyer, this gives you the knowledge to make an informed decision. For a home seller, it allows you to address defects before prospective buyers find them.
Our experience, training, professionalism, state licensing and industry credentials, will give you the confidence and reduce the anxiety that comes with purchasing a home.
