Before becoming a Licensed Home Inspector, James attained over 15 years of practical knowledge in sales and development, residential construction specializing in custom and spec homes, and real estate market analysis and appraisals. With a comprehensive background in related fields, James has devoted himself to offering the best value and protection you will find in the home inspection industry today.

Stevin has been serving the Northshore as a Louisiana Licensed Home Inspector since 2014. Stevin has over 10 years of experience with a background in conventional construction, residential maintenance, and home repairs. He also served the citizens of Madisonville, Louisiana as a Firefighter/Operator/EMT from 2008 to 2021.
