Disclosures & Warranties

Provide invoices and warranties for major improvements such as roof, HVAC, and appliances
Disclose information adversely affecting the home, like flood or fire damage
Provide building permits or plans for any major renovations

On the Day of Inspection

Ensure entrances are cleared to storage sheds, attics, crawl spaces, basements and garages
Clear paths of snow or debris
Keep pets in a safe location or remove them from the property if necessary
Move objects away from the HVAC systems
Provide all keys for any locked doors
If a buyer is present, then plan to be away from the house for the duration of the inspection
