The home inspection Mr. Edwards did for me was very detailed, with photos. It was simple to understand, even for a first time homebuyer, like myself. There were many things included in my report that I would have never known to look for. I believe the high quality inspection Mr. Edwards performed, enabled me to negotiate for the better on my home and my family.

He is an awesome home inspector. Hate us they are early and worked for several hours and inspected every nook and cranny of the house that we are purchasing. It was very cost effective and he was finished with a report shortly after he was finished inspecting. mel was awesome! He got there ahead of my wife and was hard at work when she got there. When I got there he was almost done and was full of information about the house for me with recommendations on specific things he sowed me.
