I have spent over fifty years in the construction business.  Both in commercial development of commercial buildings to residential construction.  Being trained in every aspect from remodeling, new home, maintenance, plumbing, electrical and completion of exterior and interior finishing.  With that also decorating with different finishes to put the final touch.

In this field, I have become well acquainted with what makes a home comfortable, safe and a pleasant place to live.

With this type of experience, I know readily where to find defects, safety concerns and other matters not readily seen by the average person.
