I love this work for so many reasons. I love that I get to relieve my clients of the daunting guesswork involved in buying a house. I also love the opportunity that it has created for me to take my former construction and mechanical experience and push them to new levels of proficiency and knowledge within the building trades. Most of all I love the look on my clients face or the tone in their voice over the phone after we have read through the report - the fear is gone, and it’s replaced by clarity. They’re then able to make a confident and informed decision, and their appreciation is worth as much as mine for their business, allowing me to provide for my family and continue to refine and perfect my craft.
