Day of Inspection/

When you show up to your future home on the day of inspection, your inspector will begin by getting the annoying administrative stuff out of the way (Pre-Inspection Agreement & taking Payment).

At RED BELT Home Inspections it is our goal to EXCEED YOUR EXPECTATIONS, not to simply "check a box". We achieve this by using the ASHI & InterNACHI Standards of Practice as a starting point, NOT as an ending point. If it's not good enough for our family, it's not good enough for yours!

Review/

After the admin and inspection are done, the inspector will walk you through your home, not just showing you the findings, but also educating you about about the home systems.

Report/

Your home inspection report will be emailed within 24 hours of your inspection, full of pictures and descriptions of all the findings on the day of inspection. As a bonus, and a thank you, you will also receive a FREE Home Maintenance Checklist to help you with home ownership.
