Real Estate Inspections

• Low Rise Pre-Listing & Pre-Purchase Inspections
• Condominium Pre-Listing & Pre-Purchase Inspections

Home Maintenance Inspections

• We inspect your property and advise you on items needing maintenance and point out deficiencies.

New Home and Real Estate inspections priced from $ 425.00. and up plus HST

Energy Audits

• Enbridge and Greener Homes have partnered in a new program called the Home Efficiency Rebate Plus (HER+) program.  This program offers total rebates of up to $ 10,000.00 if the customer has a gas account.
• Greener Homes offers rebates of up to $ 5,000.00 if no gas account
