Each year we attend training classes in an effort to keep current on the ever changing inspection regulations and techniques. This includes added value service such as thermal imaging inspection. This gives you the confidence that your home inspection is the best and most accurate possible.

Home Watch Service

ID Home Inspections LLC also offers Home Watch service. Home Watch is designed for property owners residing in Florida part time. In the absence of the homeowners, toilets should be flushed, AC needs to keep running and property should be checked on regularly. While this is not conducting a home inspections on each visit an inspector handling this task ensures confidence. Pictures are emailed with each visit showing property status.
