Started a deck today for Kirella homes. Actually it's on the decks, standard deck build on the main level. Then two floating deck terraces on the upper level.

Pine creek renovation - update
Main level renovation in Pine creek. Replaced carpet/pad in bedrooms and stairs. Added 900 sf of oak flooring to existing kitchen and entry, then refinished it all. New kitchen cabs, countertops, back splash, walk in pantry and butler. Fireplace stone surround with mantel. Newel posts, handrail and craftsmen balusters.

Kings Deer basement
This newly finished walkout has such a great space. Living area, 2 bedrooms, full bath, powder, wet bar and cinema room. Great color choices with upgraded finishes and flooring.

King's Deer railing
Fortress railings on a new build in Kings Deer. 113' of it, and yes I'm glad to be done, but it looks marvelous!
